Dr. Christopher Stamper
Head of Research and Development
Kioga
Dr. Stamper received his PhD in Physiology from the University of Colorado and his research showed how the microbiome and immune system interact to influence mental and metabolic health. He then went on to lead clinical studies at the US Dept of Veteran Affairs examining alternative therapeutics for PTSD and how TBI, inflammation, and the microbiome were related. Dr. Stamper’s background and passion for working to improve health in clinical populations has provided the conceptual foundation driving Kioga’s scientific mission.
