From lab to shelf, Rachel turns science into trusted products worldwide. As Vice President of Product Innovation and Scientific Affairs at GNC, she leads ideation, product design, claim substantiation, and global regulatory strategy across GNC's 20 owned brands. A Registered Dietitian since 2011, she began her career in GNC's R&D group, bringing 15+ years in wellness and dietary supplements. She holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh and two bachelor's degrees from Pennsylvania State University.
