Dr Jenna Macciochi is an immunologist, author and Director of Science & Innovation at Ancient + Brave. With a PhD from Imperial College London and a background in academic teaching and research, she works at the intersection of health, nutrition, human performance and behaviour. She has written three books, including Immune to Age, and is known for making complex science useful in everyday life. Her work combines scientific rigour with a curiosity about what it means to live well.
