Yalda has been involved in natural products research for over 20 years and has more than 100 publications in this field. She currently supervises science, research, and regulatory affairs, as well as nutritionists and technical trainers. Yalda was a full Professor of Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry at Sonoran University of Health Sciences, where she still holds an adjunct faculty position.
