Aron has 20 years of experience in analytical and process chemistry, product formulation, and intellectual property. He earned his BA in Chemistry from Saint John's University, Minnesota and began his career at E&J Gallo Winery, followed by Cargill, and most recently Niagen Bioscience. His responsibilities include overseeing intellectual property, analytical and process development chemistry, and new product innovation. His contributions have led to the commercialisation of Truvia, Niagen, Tru Niagen, and most recently Niagen Plus.
