Caitlin completed her PhD in neurosciences and gut microbiology (gut-brain axis) at the University of Queensland and spent two years as a visiting researcher at King's College London. Her research focuses on how the gut microbiome can influence brain network dynamics related to anxiety. More recently, her research at myota has focused on how prebiotic fibres can impact metabolic health, inflammatory biomarkers, cognitive function and mood.
