Her previous mission in BOLD CVC focused on scouting future biotech startups to enrich the innovation roadmap of L'Oréal. Previously, Caroline spearheaded different beauty labs in France and Asia, developing comprehensive innovative products portfolios and shaping beauty science with consumer-centric approaches.
